Tara Gibson believes in educational excellence through accountability and partnership. As your School Board candidate, she is focused on three core goals:
 

  • Expand Opportunity: Strengthen educational and vocational programs to ensure that every student is "future-ready."

  • Foster Connection: Serve as a bridge between families, educators, and the district so every voice in Brevard's District 1 is heard.

  • Champion Stability: Lead with restraint and reason, prioritizing student outcomes above all else.

What Tara Stands For

Tara stands for Truth, Reason, and Trust. She is committed to a school system where:

  • Parents are engaged and informed.

Tara’s leadership is rooted in decades of community service and a deep commitment to the people of District 1.
